Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Rt Hon Oliver Dowden, said that the government is investing in new technologies and measures to strengthen its cyber defenses, such as the National Cyber Security Strategy. He added that the authorities will gradually implement the scheme over the next five years.
This will include improvements to existing systems, as well as the development of new systems to protect against cyberattacks.
