Microsoft Bing Claims it Ahead of Google Chrome With its AI Integration

Microsoft Bing claims it is ahead of the competition with its new integration. CEO Satya Nadella was delighted with the release of the new AI-powered Bing.

The firm achieved this feat by combining the search engine with OpenAI’s latest tool. It claimed that this addition is more potent than ChatGPT and would provide more convenience for its users. The newly improved engine is set for launch on the Edge browser.

Microsoft, Google Share Common Belief

The latest move by Microsoft shows its commitment to language model chatbots as the new interface of search. Instead of combing through data across numerous websites, AI will summarize contents and provide pertinent information in a conversational manner.

This is also the same ideology as Google. It is not far behind as it also stated that it would introduce Bard, a chatbot created using its LaMDA language model, for Google Search. However, previous attempts at deploying the bot failed.

The tech giant recently released a demo version that failed due to numerous bugs. Nonetheless, it remains optimistic it will ace competitors.

Speaking on the latest events, Nadella stated that Microsoft is coming from behind even after the integration. He said Google is the 800-pound gorilla and he hopes that, with the latest innovation, they will definitely want to “come out and show that they can dance.”

He added that wants people to know that his firm made the giant “dance.”

The two tech entities are not the only ones making competition invest more in their work. Other firms like Tinder also integrated a feature into their platform.

Tinder Introduces Incognito Mode

Incognito Mode is one of the most recent additions. Tinder claims it is a technique to increase profile invisibility. Users will still be able to click “like” and “nope,” but when this functionality is enabled, only the individuals they liked will see them in their suggestions.
