Anonymous Sudan Clutched Chad and Israeli Critical Infrastructure’s Throat

First Chad second Israel, the feeling of despair fills the air. At around 2 pm yesterday, Anonymous Sudan announced on its Telegram official page it had conducted a massive cyber attack on the infrastructure of the biggest telecommunication provider in Chad.

Anonymous Sudan Bold Invasion Leak Weakness?

As of the time of writing, the attack on Chad telecom SudaChad is ongoing and the telecom giant is clueless on how to combat the aggression. Undeniably, SudaChad is currently the sole internet capacities wholesale provider that offers full-service protection through its links with Sudan and Cameroon.

The telecom firm confirmed the attack and its live network data show a collapse in internet connectivity. Anonymous Sudan claimed the attack and reasoned to have targeted the firm based on alleged links with Sudan’s RSF paramilitary.

Furthermore, the threat group threatened to surge in with more violent cyber aggressions if the telecom giant refused to end its support of RSF Sudan, with now more than 26 hours of cyber invasion, sources confirmed connectivities are still down.

Successive Attacks Reveal Major Threat

Israel’s Data Center was not freed from the oppressive aggression from Sudan, MedOne popularly agreed to lead the data center market and a top tier hosting domestic enterprises globally suffered a critical disruption.

Anonymous Sudan claimed the attack and the reporting source supports the claim as Israel’s telecoms hub and data infrastructure MedOne’s website shows lockdown messages due to connectivity disruption and other system failures.

However, the Israeli data center has yet to speak on the attack and project any solution to the public amid the ongoing oppressive aggression from Sudan.

Furthermore, the successive attacks on major and top-tier telecom companies by Anonymous Sudan reveal its prowess and its undeniable threat of wrecking critical infrastructures in many lands. Additionally, MedOne is the main interconnection hub in the region hosting all Israeli ISPs, infrastructure providers, IIX, and all submarine cables according to a source.
